I was approached by a start-up company named Recharge Media. They requested a logo and collateral including a set of characters and Facebook page. They launched their service called the Recharge Pod at the Rhythm & Vines New Years Festival in 2011-12. I also produced a skin design for the Pods, T-shirt design, stickers and banners for their marquee. Recharge Pods allow festival goers to charge their cellphones when they run flat, in an area where there is no alternative facility to do so.

The pods are targeted mainly at youth, both male and female. They needed to be funky, bright and eye-catching as they are placed in high foot traffic areas where there was already a lot going on although they had to fit in with the festival at the same time.

Produced company logo. Recharge Media have the option of using the logos in a stacked form like this, or a single line format as seen below.

Character produced for use on Facebook, tees and stickers.
Illustration produced for the companies Facebook landing page. The illustration is based around Gisborne NZ the town where the New Years festival is held.
